In our beginning in 1932, only five trucks and five towels made up our whole operation- but that was enough for Sam Snookal to acquire a laundry and begin his linen service in Los Angeles the same year his daughter was born. Our heritage of quality service was also born that year, and the operation has remained in the family ever since then.Since the beginning Sam realized that controlling the quality of the uniform laundry process was essential to the businesses continued success. American Textile Maintenance Company has since been run on the principal that the needs of the customer are the most important. There are two business operations for the parent company - Medico-Professional Linen Service and Republic Master Chefs - and both uphold these family traditions of providing quality services to specialized industries.
